"I alone know the plans I have for you, plans to bring you prosperity and not disaster, plans to bring about the future you hope for."
Isn't it good news that we know are getting the vaccines for the Covid 19 virus, so that hopefully sooner rather than later we can be getting back to some sort of normal life. We all Hope that we soon will be called so we can have the vaccine (or have you had it?)
It has not been the best of years with not being able to see family and friends, do the things we would usually do, go the places we would usually go to. At this point it may seem that there is little hope that things would get better.
As a Christian I always hang on to the hope that with God, things will get better and they do. We may feel that at times that God is not there, but I know that God does walk along side us feeling that same as we do. I know that God works through Dr's and nurses, scientists and chemists. In less than a year they have been able to develop the vaccine that gives us hope for a better future.
Throughout the bible we see that there is always hope, that what Christ is offering is hope for a better way of life. St Paul writes about it in 1 Corinthians 13, Paul talks about 3 great truths "And now faith, hope, and love abide, these three; and the greatest of these is love." reminding us that when all else fails we still have hope!
So, I pray that you will have the hope that things are getting better and we will get through this.
